Constraints & Friction
Manually entering complex medication schedules is error-prone and tedious for patients, especially the elderly. Additionaly, the vast range of specializations makes it confusing for certain audiences, making them unable to match their symptoms to what specialization of doctor they should visit. There was a direct need to bridge the physical paper prescription with a digital reminding system frictionlessly.
